Job summary

Gulp Ag in Donauwörth is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee process adherence in civil and military helicopter development. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including certification teams, and work closely with the design office, DOA management, innovation and QA to ensure quality across programs.

You will create and track a detailed Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), prepare for technical design reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or comparable qualification.
• Strong QA and development experience, ideally in the aerospace industry.
• Good project management and experience with design reviews, V-model and configuration management.
• Fluent English; German skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Management is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in an international context.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in quality assurance and development, ideally in the aerospace industry.
• Good project management skills and experience with design reviews, system development processes (V-model) and configuration management principles.
• Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Management is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and sensitivity in an international context.
