Job summary

Randstad sucht für unseren Geschäftspartner in Donauwörth einen Projektmanager Chief Engineering H145 (m/w/d). Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die zielgerichtete Steuerung komplexer Projekte, Aufbau und Leitung des Projektteams sowie das Management von Partnern, Lieferanten und Stakeholdern im internationalen Umfeld.

Sie verfügen über einen Bachelorabschluss in einem relevanten Ingenieurwesen, mindestens 3 Jahre Engineering-Erfahrung und 4 Jahre Luftfahrtpraxis sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (mindestens Bachelor-Abschluss)
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Engineering (mindestens 3 Jahre) sowie umfassende Praxis in der Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche (mindestens 4 Jahre)
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung komplexer Projekte (mindestens 4 Jahre im Projektmanagement)
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office, MS Project sowie SAP (insbesondere UPH und ARM)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen im internationalen Kontext

Responsibilities

• Targeted management and achievement of all project objectives (time, scope, costs, quality) to customer satisfaction in accordance with internal and external civilian and military regulations.
• Definition, development, and disciplinary/professional support of the project organization and project team, including interfaces with matrix organizations, throughout all project phases.
• Ensuring active risk management, opportunity utilization, and compliance with contractual requirements (internal and external).
• Effective management of partner and supplier relationships within the framework of engineering activities.
• Active management of all stakeholder relationships and continuous alignment of customer expectations and requirements.
• Sustainable integration of lessons learned and best practices for the continuous optimization of project processes.
