You will collaborate with senior leadership and AI specialists to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and drive governance across adoption and transformation.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical teams across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience in AI Strategy, Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, AI Consulting or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI agents, Machine Learning and Data Analytics.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and implementation of the organisation's AI strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities, translating emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI agents and Machine Learning into practical business use cases.
• Develop executive-ready strategies, business cases, frameworks and recommendations.
• Support AI transformation initiatives, helping functions understand how AI can improve processes and ways of working.
• Develop AI adoption, enablement and capability-building programmes across the organisation.
• Work with senior stakeholders and technical teams to translate strategy into practical implementation.
• Establish success measures and track the business impact of AI initiatives.
• Monitor market and technology developments and assess their relevance to the organisation.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, business functions and AI specialists to identify opportunities, develop strategic initiatives and turn AI ambition into measurable business impact.

This is a hands-on strategy role, combining AI strategy, transformation, adoption and governance.

Your role

• Support the development and implementation of the organisation's AI strategy and roadmap.

Your profile

• Proven experience developing strategies, transformation programmes or strategic initiatives within complex organisations.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical AI teams.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking with execution.
• Experience within a large or complex organisation is advantageous.
• Excellent English; German is advantageous.
