Job summary

Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist (f/m/d) for Business Applications, Agents & Automation in Germany. You will blend sales operations with AI, digital transformation, and secure, scalable solutions across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support citizen developers, and ensure governance, security, and data privacy throughout the lifecycle of AI-enabled applications and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing AI solutions or automation workflows in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of AI agent design, prompt engineering, and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform or similar) and rapid prototyping.
• Strong requirements engineering, governance, security, and data privacy practices.

Responsibilities

As an AI Solutions Specialist (f/m/d) - Business Applications, Agents & Automation, you work at the intersection of sales operations, AI, and digital transformation within Global Sales Operations. Your day may start with transforming a business idea into a rapid prototype and continue with connecting enterprise systems, data sources, and business applications to enable seamless data flow. You collaborate closely with stakeholders, support citizen developers through workshops and reusable solutions, and help teams adopt AI-driven applications and automation. At the same time, you ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met. Your work turns innovative concepts into secure, scalable solutions that create lasting value for the sales organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Responsibility for designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-driven solutions, intelligent agents, and automated workflows for sales operations
• Responsibility for connecting enterprise systems, data sources, and business applications to enable seamless integration and data flow
• Implementation of rapid prototypes to validate digital opportunities and transition successful concepts into scalable production-ready applications
• Support for citizen developers through technical guidance, reusable templates, and best-practice enablement
• Coordination of requirements translation from complex sales business needs into technical specifications and digital solutions
• Ensuring governance, security, data privacy compliance, and lifecycle management for business-led applications and AI use cases

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Experience in developing business applications, AI solutions, or automation workflows within an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of AI Agent Design, Prompt Engineering, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflow Automation, API integration, data connectors, database management, and data modeling
• Proficiency in Low-Code/No-Code Platform Development, including platforms such as Power Platform, combined with experience in solution architecture, agile project management, and rapid prototyping
• Strong capability in requirements engineering, governance, security, data privacy, and lifecycle management for decentralized applications
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and

decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,

steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,

modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
