Zusammenfassung

NTT DATA seeks an AI Senior Consultant to drive AI solution go-to-market across the DACH region. You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, and solution teams to identify opportunities and shape AI-enabled initiatives that translate strategy into action.

The role emphasizes responsible AI, governance, and collaboration across interdisciplinary and international teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with flexible travel and options for remote work.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, digital transformation, or a comparable client-facing environment.
• 3+ years of experience with AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, including practical knowledge of Generative AI and related applications.
• Experience identifying and shaping AI or technology-enabled business opportunities across one or more industries.
• Experience with presales, business development, workshops, solution shaping, business cases, proposals, or client presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a commercial mindset.
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to work across DACH and Europe.

• Support the AI go-to-market strategy across DACH and identify, qualify, and shape AI opportunities aligned with client and account priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and facilitate workshops to identify high-value AI and Generative AI use cases.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, transformation roadmaps, and client-specific points of view, translating business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Support presales activities, including solution shaping, proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and executive meetings.
• Contribute to the development and commercialization of new AI offerings, including agentic AI, Service-as-Software, AI-enabled managed services, and co-innovation models.
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, data, and technology partners and connect industry-specific needs with reusable cross-industry capabilities and assets.
• Contribute to market research, thought leadership, events, and pipeline development.
• Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements are embedded in solutions while working effectively across interdisciplinary and international teams.

Overview:

The AI Senior Consultant is part of the AI Go-to-Market Business Unit and supports the positioning and commercialization of AI solutions across industries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Combining AI and transformation expertise with commercial thinking and client engagement, the role helps identify high-value AI opportunities, shape business cases, and translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Client Partners, Industry Leaders, solution teams, and technology partners, the Senior Consultant helps bring differentiated AI offerings to market and accelerate adoption across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, digital transformation, or a comparable client-facing environment.
• 3+ years of experience with AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation, including practical knowledge of Generative AI and related applications.
• Experience identifying and shaping AI or technology-enabled business opportunities across one or more industries.
• Experience with presales, business development, workshops, solution shaping, business cases, proposals, or client presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a commercial mindset.
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to work across DACH and Europe.

Preferred Skills

• Consulting or transformation experience across multiple industries or business functions, combined with strong curiosity and a fast-learning mindset.
• Proven hands-on experience in client environments with Generative AI, agentic AI, modern data architectures, and major cloud and AI platforms.
• Experience designing, positioning, or implementing enterprise AI use cases and AI operating or adoption models.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements translation skills, with knowledge of responsible AI, governance, privacy, security, and European AI regulation.
• Experience working across consulting, strategy, data science, architecture, engineering, and technology ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop and bring new AI propositions to market.
