Job summary

Cybermindspace in München sucht erfahrene Berater für KI-Sicherheit, Strategien und Prozessoptimierung. Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse, Strukturen oder technische Systeme und identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale durch KI.

Für Senior-Level beraten Sie zudem Führungskräfte, koordinieren Projekte und moderieren Workshops zu AI-Sicherheitsfragen. Reisebereitschaft und Deutsch/Englisch auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in BWL, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung.

Responsibilities

• Beratung von Geschäftsbereichen zu KI-Sicherheit und -Anwendungen.
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter AI-Strategien zur Steigerung von Effizienz.
• Unterstützung bei Projekten und Programmen im Client-Umfeld.
• Durchführung, Moderation und Dokumentation von Workshops.
• Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für Gremien und Stakeholder.

YOUR TASKS

• You analyze business processes, organizational structures, or technical systems and identify optimization potential through the use of AI.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You advise clients on the secure introduction and use of AI solutions and support them in realistically assessing the opportunities and risks of AI.
• You advise business units and develop tailored AI strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of cybersecurity and related applications.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You support executives and project stakeholders with strategic and conceptual questions regarding the use of AI within existing security structures.
• You support project or program management for our clients.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You lead and oversee AI security projects from analysis through conception to implementation, acting as the central interface between business units, IT, and security.
• You prepare and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You design, organize, and facilitate workshops, assessments, and training sessions on AI security, e.g., for risk assessment of AI use cases or the secure use of generative AI.
• You create reporting materials for decision-makers and committees to enable informed decision-making.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You document results, prepare management and decision-making materials, and present them appropriately to different stakeholders.

Additionally at Senior Level:

• You develop and evaluate practical concepts and guidelines for securing AI applications without going deeply into technical implementation.
• You support project and stakeholder management, coordinate involved parties, and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
• You monitor market and technology trends in AI security and derive relevant impulses for client projects and new consulting approaches.

YOUR PROFIL

• You have a good to very good completed (Master’s) degree in business administration, (business) informatics, a technical, scientific, mathematical, or related discipline.
• You bring 1–2 years of professional experience for a Consultant role or 2–5 years for a Senior Consultant role.
• You have an interest in topics related to the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
• You work in a structured and pragmatic manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have an open and empathetic personality.
• You are a team player, motivated, performance-oriented, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
• You are comfortable with technical concepts and enjoy bridging the gap between development and management.
• You are motivated by impact and personal growth through working in a team as well as with and for our clients.
• You are proficient in working with MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages).

Additionally at the senior level:

• You confidently work on topics related to the secure development of AI, the secure use of AI applications, or the use of AI to improve cybersecurity.
• You have solid knowledge of modern project management methodologies, understand business processes in IT and cybersecurity, and are confident in designing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing them.
• You are a creative and motivated team player with strong initiative and a passion for driving innovative ideas and building long-term client relationships.
• You stand out through analytical and visionary thinking as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling you to clearly convey complex technical concepts and confidently advise clients.
• You possess strong presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients.
