Personio in Munich seeks an AI consultant to analyze customer requirements and develop AI solutions. You will implement AI systems and work with interdisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical concepts.

Senior level: lead complex AI projects, design architectures, evaluate technologies, and coach the project team while ensuring standards and compliance. A Master’s degree and 2–5 years of experience are expected, with strong Python and German/English skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Admin, Informatics, Engineering).
• 2–5 years of professional experience for Senior Consultant; 1–2 years for Consultant.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in business environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and databases.
• Proficient in Python with enterprise development standards.
• Very strong German and English language skills (C1).

YOUR PROFIL

• You have a strong to excellent completed (Master’s) degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• You bring 1–2 years of professional experience for the Consultant role, or 2–5 years for the Senior Consultant role.
• You have relevant experience in implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• You possess strong knowledge of common AI and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain) as well as database systems (e.g., vector databases, graph databases).
• You are proficient in Python and have experience working with development standards in an enterprise environment.
  • Additionally at Senior Level: You have extensive experience in team leadership and project organization.
• You are interested in current AI topics and stay up to date with technological developments.
• You have very strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• You are a team player, highly motivated, flexible, communicative, and proactive.
• You have excellent presentation and facilitation skills and interact confidently with clients.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have very strong German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages).
