You will bridge automated support with active sales, protect existing baselines, and unlock new incremental revenue through AI-enabled cross-sell strategies.

• Analyze top-tier human sales interactions and translate proven empathy and objection-handling techniques into highly converting AI prompts and workflows.
• Oversee external BPO partner operations, providing strategic oversight to enforce high delivery standards and maximum contract ROI.
• Implement targeted coaching models, sales guidelines, and performance incentives to boost human and AI-assisted conversion quality.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and technical Interface Teams to translate overarching sales targets into operational metrics, eliminate revenue leakage, and drive incremental AI-generated revenue.

The AI Sales Strategy Manager serves as a strategic growth catalyst within Customer Care Sales Operations. Positioned at the intersection of human service performance and digital automation, this role leads the strategic management of human sales channels across brands such as STRATO or IONOS while pioneering the commercialization of AI-driven contact channels. By bridging the critical gap between automated support interactions and active sales conversions, the role protects existing baselines and unlocks new incremental sales revenue.

You will act as the strategic linchpin, collaborating closely with technical Interface Teams to elevate AI performance to match human benchmarks. Your daily stakeholders include Business Intelligence, Training, and Site Management to optimize the sales funnel. You will also steer external outsourcing providers and align closely with Product Management and our in-house teams to ensure a unified global strategy.
