The team at TELUS Digital AI is seeking a French-speaking Quality Auditor to ensure that our project meets specified standards of quality and performance. The main responsibility will be to work on tasks that require review, verification, or validation to detect issues, propose improvements, and guarantee that deliverables align with business and client expectations.


The successful candidate will work onsite in Essen and report to the Quality Manager.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Conduct audits of the quality queues, identify areas of improvement in quality assurance processes and recommend strategies for enhancement.

  • Support team leaders in providing root cause analysis related to dips in the individual and project scores and report real-time issues that might lead to them.

  • Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues of resources on an ongoing basis, develop and measure improvement programs, providing reports and recommendations to the Quality Manager.

  • Collaborate with the training team to design, implement and deliver trainings depending on the needs.

  • Raise questions to client points of contact for further clarification and spread knowledge to the teams.

  • Communicate with teams to leverage best practice and consistency across all projects.

  • Prioritizing issues based on their impact on quality and compliance.

  • Experience with data analysis to support decision-making.
