The team at TELUS Digital AI is seeking a French-speaking Quality Auditor to ensure that our project meets specified standards of quality and performance. The main responsibility will be to work on tasks that require review, verification, or validation to detect issues, propose improvements, and guarantee that deliverables align with business and client expectations.
The successful candidate will work onsite in Essen and report to the Quality Manager.
Demonstrate verbal, written and listening skills, with the ability to provide expertise at all levels of the business and with customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, with the ability to read and understand complex guidelines, and to apply those guidelines to user behavior. Ability to collaborate both internally and externally of the business is essential.
