Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to review AI-generated content for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible scheduling and independence to complete task-based assignments.

You will evaluate outputs against criteria such as accuracy, bias and potential harm, and provide clear, structured written feedback on policy issues. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong critical thinking and written reasoning are

• Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
• Naturally drawn to questions of fairness, ethics, or responsible technology.
• Able to articulate your reasoning clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented and consistent in your assessments.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required.

Responsibilities
