Flowers-Software GmbH is seeking an ambitious intern to design and deploy automated prospecting workflows and AI agents that power our GTM engine. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering, building production-ready automations on our platform and contributing to real revenue generation.

You’ll learn by doing: experiment quickly, prototype to production, and document scalable systems while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team in Munich’s hybrid setup.

GTM engineering is where AI meets system architecture. Instead of throwing manual SDR headcount at outbound sales, you build automated pipelines that research accounts, enrich data, personalize outreach, and route signals in real time. We don't expect years of corporate experience, what we do expect is a strong technical foundation, a builder mindset, and the drive to ship systems that moves the needle. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and engineering, using our own platform to build AI agents. No slide decks, no coffee runs: your workflows will run in production and directly generate revenue.

YOUR MISSION

• Build Automated Prospecting Workflows: Design, deploy, and maintain systems for account research, lead enrichment, signal detection, and personalized outreach.

• Architect Custom AI Agents: Build intelligent agents on the Flowers platform and connect them directly to our GTM stack - eating our own dog food to drive pipeline.

• Connect & Engineer Integrations: Wire up our CRM (HubSpot), enrichment engines, and outbound systems using APIs, webhooks, custom scripts, and automation tools.

• Run High-Velocity Experiments: Turn hypotheses into functional prototypes, launch growth experiments, measure performance, and iterate rapidly.

• Automate GTM Infrastructure: Build automated internal pipelines and data flows that eliminate manual reporting and spreadsheet work.

• Document & Scale Systems: Write clean, modular, and well-documented automations that remain production-ready and scalable.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical Foundations & Builder Mindset: You write functional scripts (Python or JavaScript), work comfortably with APIs, handle JSON without hesitation, and feel at home in a code editor. You prototype first and ask for permission later.

• AI-Native Tinkerer: You don't just use LLMs to write text - you build with them. You are deeply curious about prompting techniques, tool calling, vector databases, or agent frameworks.

• Projects over Credentials: No formal B2B job history required. What matters is proof of execution: a GitHub repo, a side project, custom automation scripts, or a cool tool you built just because you could.

• High Curiosity for Growth: You want to understand how modern B2B SaaS companies scale and are excited to apply engineering principles to sales, marketing, and pipeline generation.

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field - or self-taught with equivalent proof of skills).

• Languages: Fluent German and English is a must.
