Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive training in digital skills, preferably generative AI.
• 10+ years IT or digital transformation experience in enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage executives.
• Freelance availability for live online workshops and occasional onsite sessions.

Tasks

• Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on AI topics, ensuring they align with Bots & People’s social blended learning approach. Mainly to executives and Leaders.
• Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
• Assess and provide feedback on participants’ progress, offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training executive in Digital Skills - ideally generative AI
• 10+ years professional experience in enterrpise IT or Digital Transformation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions — mostly online, but also potentially onsite.
