Jobtailor in Germany seeks an AI Engineer to develop production-grade GenAI systems, write notebooks and prompts, and advise clients on AI lifecycles. You will work in cross-functional, agile teams on client projects and with the full modern GenAI stack.

Ideal candidates have hands-on AI engineering experience, strong German language skills, and a degree in a relevant field. You will contribute to architecture decisions and client training, ensuring robust documentation and scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on AI engineering approach with relevant experience.
• German language skills is mandatory (strong to native).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in CS, IT, EE, Physics, Math, AI, DS, or related field.
• Team-oriented with open communication and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Solid knowledge across multiple technologies: Python, Pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock.
• Comfortable in a consulting role and able to train clients.

• Analyze client requirements, design and implement agent‑based solutions, and ensure thorough documentation.
• Leverage modern, automated approaches for code optimization, error detection, and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• With relevant professional experience, take a hands‑on AI engineering approach.
• Strong to native German language skills are mandatory.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent vocational qualification, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or another natural or engineering science.
• Be a team player, value open communication, enjoy learning from others, and share your knowledge.
• Have solid knowledge in several technologies: Python, pydantic, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock.
