EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Consultant (m/f/d) to join the Data & AI Practice in Germany in a hybrid role.

You will rapidly prototype AI solutions, translate business challenges into AI use cases, and deliver client-ready demonstrations that showcase measurable impact across manufacturing, logistics, energy, and automotive sectors. The role requires hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic systems, and modern AI platforms, plus strong stakeholder engagement in German and English.
