We're seeking an exceptional Automation Expert who can not only optimize our existing internal processes with AI but also design and implement completely new, AI-powered workflows. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all human-driven tasks are meticulously evaluated for potential AI automation.

Your mission

We seek a hands-on AI Automation Engineer to help us build our internal processes. This is a unique opportunity to build AI-driven processes from scratch — with full ownership, technical creativity, and real business impact.

• Design and implement AI agents and automations across the whole revenue funnel (campaigns, outreach, lead scoring, follow-ups, onboarding, CS touchpoints)
• Evaluate and integrate tools like n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and other no-code/low-code AI platforms.
• Collaborate with CRO, CTO, Product, and Sales/Marketing teams to identify high-impact automation use cases
• Own the AI/automation tech stack for GTM and ensure it scales with our European expansion
• Continuously test and improve pipeline generation, campaign performance, and sales process workflows using AI
• Stay ahead of trends in AI agents (e.g., CrewAI, LangChain) and propose what to build vs. what to integrate
  
  

Your profile

• You’ve worked in B2B SaaS, ideally in a startup environment, and love shipping things fast.
• Python or a similar language for automation, Bonus: Frameworks like Agno, Langchain, etc.
• 3–5+ years of experience working on integrations/processes on CRM/ERP platforms or similar. Familiar with API/API designs
• You’ve built or configured AI agents, workflows, or LLM-powered tools — or are obsessed with learning how to
• Bonus: experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and bonus points for Cursor, Typeform, ChatGPT/Claude, or Perplexity
• You think in systems, act fast, and love solving problems no one asked you to solve yet.
• You're comfortable owning results and iterating fast without waiting for perfection.
