Flex To Go — Hamburg Airport branch is seeking staff for car hire operations. You will deliver friendly customer service, manage car handovers, and support on-site sales of add-ons in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements include a Category B driving licence, good English for customer service, basic car knowledge, and flexible availability. German language skills and prior rent-a-car experience are welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive customer service for car hire.
• Actively promote and sell additional services.

• Relocate cars between branches and service centres as needed.
• Prepare cars for hire (cleaning, check of technical condition and equipment).
• Maintain ongoing visual and technical condition of vehicles.

HAMBURG Airport

Comprehensive customer service for car hire

Active sales of additional services

Handing out and picking up cars

Relocating cars between branches and service centres

Preparing cars for hire (washing inside and outside, checking technical condition, checking equipment, etc.),

Ensuring the technical and visual condition of the cars on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Category B driving licence,
• Knowledge of English - customer service
• Basic technical knowledge of cars is an advantage,
• Communication skills, availability and flexibility.
