Zusammenfassung

AXISCADES is seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to design, develop and validate tooling solutions for complex production in Germany. You will work on assembly/jig tooling, GD&T, metrology and dimensional control, collaborating with Manufacturing, Design, Quality and Customer teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility and quality across programs.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace tooling/manufacturing engineering, experience with CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Aerospace Tooling / Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, ENOVIA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of metrology, Laser Tracker, CMM and tooling validation is a plus.
• Experience with Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Diehl, Premium AEROTEC, GKN or similar aerospace programs is advantageous.
• Strong customer focus, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent and structured way of working in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer and manufacturing sites.

• Design, develop, modify and validate aerospace manufacturing tooling — assembly & drill jigs, fixtures, gauges, lifting and transportation tooling.
• Apply strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups and dimensional control.
• Support manufacturing processes including structural assembly, drilling, fastening, sheet metal and composites.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, Procurement, Production and customers.
