Administrative Manager — Neuroscience Services
Roles and Responsibilities

Under the Direction of the Executive Director of Neuroscience services, the Administrative Manager is responsible for the oversight and structure of the disease‑specific programming for the service line. The Administrative Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight to develop and expand clinical programs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards set forth by governing bodies. The Administrative Manager is responsible for innovating change and demonstrating clinical excellence through collaboration, mentorship, and scholarly engagement. The Administrative Manager will assess, evaluate, plan and standardize the process and delivery of care model for the service line and will function as the liaison between staff, physicians, management, nursing and ancillary departments. The manager must align with the service line and health system's mission and vision to ensure quality and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • 5 years progressive experience in the neuroscience field
  • 3 years leadership experience preferred
  • Current Indiana RN License
  • Experience managing or coordinating disease specificprogramming preferred.
  • Experience with Joint Commission regulatory standards preferred
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Office and Data Systems preferred
