Job summary

Da Vinci Engineering GmbH sucht für den Standort Raunheim eine Fachkraft im Bereich ADAS/AD-Funktionsentwicklung und -Abstimmung. Sie arbeiten an Sensor- und Fahrfunktionen wie HWA, LDW, LKA und ACC und nutzen CANoe/CANape/CANalyzer zur Abstimmung sowie zur Analyse von Fahrdaten.

Zusammenarbeit erfolgt im globalen ADAS-Team mit Fokus auf EU-NCAP-/ECE-Standards. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, verfügen über mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, und bringen idealerweise

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ADAS-Funktionsentwicklung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in EU-NCAP- und ECE-Spezifikationen.
• „Flair für Arbeiten in globalen Teams“.
• Erfahrung mit EVs von Vorteil.
• Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B.

Responsibilities

• Beitrag zur Entwicklung der Funktionsspezifikation für Fahrerassistenzfunktionen (HWA, LDW, LKA, ACC).
• Durchführung von Abstimmungsaktivitäten für Fahrerassistenzfunktionen.
• Analyse von aufgezeichneten Fahrdaten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen ADAS-Team.
• Benchmarking gegen Wettbewerber.
• Bericht über Validierungsstatus und Eskalation von Blocking Points.
• Sicherstellung Launch-Qualität über die Lebensdauer.
• Verwaltung von Funktions-Fehlern mit Jira.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to development function specification development for driver support functions like HWA, LDW, LKA, ACC
• Execute tuning activities for driver support functions like HWA, LDW, LKA
• Analysis of recorded drive data
• Collaborate with the global ADAS team to identify regional specific function requirements to be compliant of local regulation and NCAP performance and improving the function specification
• Ensure a benchmark of our direct competitor to detect interesting new direction trend
• Report project validation status and elevate blocking point to line manager and project manager
• Ensure that launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfill customer expectations
• Managing and tracking the functions issues using Jira

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of working experience in ADAS function development
• At least 3 years’ experience on Vector Tools like: CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer
• Strong ADAS functions knowledge to be able to understand the logic and control and planning of the functions
• Strong expertise in ADAS relevant EU-NCAP and ECE specifications
• Experience with working in a global team
• Experience in working with fully electrical vehicles (EVs)
• Experience in written requirements for ADAS functions
• Flexible regarding travels to UK Innovation Centre, Sweden, China, and other countries if needed
• Driving license B class and experience in testing prototype vehicle is a plus, Prototype L1 or L2 driving training is a plus
• High Voltage training for working with EV is a plus
• Fluent in English
