Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Bayern sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Kreditorenbuchhalter/in zur eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Lieferantenrechnungen, Begleitung von Zahlungsprozessen und Klärung von Abstimmungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen und unterstützen bei der Einführung neuer Buchhaltungsprozesse.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung, GoB- und USt-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit Excel und Buchhaltungssoftware, sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder ähnlicher Tätigkeit.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse GoB und Umsatzsteuer.
• Gute EDV- und IT-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware.
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, auch mit großen Datensätzen.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert für internationale Ansprechpartner.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Verbuchung von Lieferantenrechnungen aus verschiedenen Bereichen.
• Sicherstellung termingerechter und korrekter Zahlungsvorgänge sowie Monitoring von Deadlines und Liquidität.
• Proaktive Kommunikation mit Lieferanten zu Rechnungen, Mahnungen und offenen Posten.
• Nachverfolgung offener Posten und Klärung von Differenzen.
• Unterstützung im Bank- und Rechnungswesen sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Team.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten und Implementierung neuer Buchhaltungsprozesse.

Responsibilities

• Independent accounts payable processing: You post vendor invoices from various areas, including PIN invoices, administrative invoices, as well as travel expense and AMEX settlements.
• Ensuring smooth payment processes: You ensure timely and accurate payments while consistently monitoring deadlines and liquidity.
• Supplier communication: You maintain timely and professional communication with suppliers regarding invoices, dunning notices and open items.
• Follow‑up on outstanding items: You regularly follow up on pending invoices and independently clarify discrepancies.
• Back‑up and teamwork: You provide cover within accounts payable and bank accounting and work closely with your colleagues (m/f/d).
• Project involvement: You support projects and actively contribute to implementing new business transactions.

Requirements

• Solid commercial/vocational training: You have completed commercial or vocational training, ideally with a focus on accounting.
• Professional accounting experience: You have at least 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or a comparable area.
• Strong accounting knowledge: You have a confident understanding of accounting processes and legal requirements such as GoB (German accounting principles) and VAT.
• System and IT affinity: You work routinely with an accounting system and have a strong affinity for IT-supported processes.
• Strong Excel skills: You use Excel confidently, including with large datasets, and enjoy working analytically.
• Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills for interaction with international partners.
