Jobtailor in Deutschland sucht eine erfahrene Buchhaltungskraft zur Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse. Sie verantworten die Kreditorenbuchhaltung, prüfen Belege, buchen Zahlungen und pflegen Stammdaten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Controlling und Einkauf zusammen, erstellen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und bringen Erfahrung mit Excel, ERP-Systemen und idealerweise DATEV mit. Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist uns wichtig.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kontext Buchhaltung
• Souveräner Umgang mit Excel und digitalen Systemlandschaften
• Erfahrung mit internationalen Warenströmen und ERP-/Inventarverwaltungssystemen
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in DATEV
• Erfahrung mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitigem Handling mehrerer Themen
• Kenntnisse der Abläufe in einem mittelständischen, international tätigen Handelsunternehmen

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für den gesamten Kreditorenbereich – Prüfung, Kontierung, Buchung und Zahlung von Lieferantenrechnungen
• Pflege von Konten und Stammdaten sowie Abstimmung der Konten
• Unterstützung bei Liquiditäts- und Cash-Tracking und Monitoring wichtiger Kennzahlen
• Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Einkauf und anderen Abteilungen
• Unterstützung und Backup im Bereich General Ledger & Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• You actively shape and optimize our finance processes and contribute your own ideas
• You are responsible for the entire accounts payable function — including checking, account assignment, posting and payment of supplier invoices (goods and services)
• You maintain and reconcile accounts as well as master data
• You support our liquidity and cash tracking and monitor key metrics
• You assist with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
• You work closely with our Controlling team and other departments, particularly Purchasing
• Provide support for and act as backup to colleagues in general ledger & accounts receivable

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience, including accounting
• Excel is part of your daily toolkit and you are confident working in digital system landscapes
• You have experience with international goods movements and with ERP/inventory management systems
• Ideally, you are familiar with DATEV
• You have already gained initial experience with monthly and annual financial statements under HGB
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics simultaneously
• Ideally, you know the processes of a medium-sized, internationally active trading company
