Job summary

Nettworx is recruiting exclusively for an Administrator focused on Finance and Billing for an established boutique Investment Company in Central Switzerland. This is a full-time, hands-on role for an experienced accountant/admin who enjoys taking ownership of selected accounts and financial topics.

This role would suit an enthusiastic and experienced finance specialist who enjoys working in‑office with a small, familiar team.

Qualifications

• Swiss professional qualification or further education in accounting, finance or fiduciary services or significant relevant working experience.
• Prior responsibility for statutory reporting for one or more companies.
• Extensive experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Basic knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
• Understanding of Swiss tax matters and related filing requirements.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day accounting for assigned entities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare, review and coordinate bank payment instructions, including supporting documentation and approval follow-up
• Support cash management activities across assigned and supported entities
• Liaise with banks, external service providers and internal stakeholders in German/English
• Maintain operational records, documentation and internal databases
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements for assigned entities
• Assist with Swiss audit preparations
• Prepare Swiss tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax and income tax
• Support budgeting, forecasting and budget monitoring activities
• Handle confidential financial and company information with care and discretion
• Maintain and improve internal controls for assigned processes and support regulatory and internal compliance
