Job summary

PRIMUS Immobilien AG is seeking an experienced Accountant to independently manage project, construction, and financial accounting for selected entities, serving as the central commercial interface between Accounting, Project Management, and Finance Leadership.

You will oversee accounts receivable and payable, support budgeting and annual audits, ensure compliant bookkeeping under HGB, and collaborate with tax advisors, auditors, and banks. Strong analytical skills and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial training with focus on accounting or a degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the real estate industry or a comparable environment.
• Sound knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB); knowledge of tax law is an advantage.
• Confident use of accounting software and very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
