Qualifikationen

• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung.
• Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Handelsrecht (HGB).
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Monatliche, quartalsweise und jährliche Finanzberichte nach HGB vorbereiten.
• Überwachung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung.
• Dunningprozess und Voranmeldungen zur Mehrwertsteuer verantworten.

Your mission

• You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB for domestic companies
• Processing, controlling and monitoring the relevant G/L accounts are part of your daily business
• You will post current bank transactions, fixed assets and monitor the accounts payable and receivable accounts
• You will be responsible for the dunning process, including receivables management, and prepare advance VAT returns and summarised reports
• You will oversee invoice approval using our electronic workflow
• You will support the continuous development and digitalisation of accounting

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification as an accountant (m/f/diverse) or a degree in finance/business administration
• You have initial relevant professional experience in balance sheet accounting and very good knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Ideally, you have knowledge of commercial and tax law
• You are confident in working with ERP systems
• Ideally, you have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to work independently and carefully
• Strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
