Account Manager Digital Projects (m/f/d)

As Account Manager Digital Projects you will collaborate with pharmaceutical clients, using your expertise to enhance communication between pharmaceutical companies and the medical profession on Coliquio and create a sustainable impact for society.

You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich, or in a hybrid mix.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Act as the primary customer contact, providing long‑term support and strategic communication consulting for our pharmaceutical customers.
• Monitor project performance with the goal of continuous improvement.
• Use performance data to produce meaningful analyses and reviews, presenting findings to the team and clients.
• Coordinate performance components of our pharma projects within the team and ensure targeted internal communication.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Several years of experience in online marketing, key account management, and/or project management in a digital context.
• Relevant industry knowledge from the pharmaceutical or agency environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience in relationship creation and management.
• Excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English.
