The Account Manager (m/w/d) oversees a portfolio of customers or accounts within the designated territory (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with clients to position TE as a strategic partner while driving revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing all commercial aspects of customer engagement, such as preparing offers, handling project contracts and quotations, leading price and contract negotiations, and monitoring ongoing opportunities or projects. Additionally, the Account Manager actively identifies and pursues new business opportunities to expand TE’s presence within the accounts and enhance the project pipeline. The role also involves developing and executing account strategies, nurturing customer relationships, coordinating promotional activities, and managing project-related tasks to achieve business objectives.
