Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximise Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. This is an exciting time to join Remote as an Account Executive on our DACH Sales Team. This is a pure hunting role driving net new business.

What you bring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Native fluency in German
  • High level of integrity and work ethic

  • Efficient multitasking, prioritisation, and time management
  • In‑depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • In‑depth knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales quotas
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Strong problem identification and objection‑resolution skills
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve monthly targets
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Experience in the HR industry a plus
  • Experience working remotely a plus
Key Responsibilities
  • Create ‘Land’ opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high‑velocity opportunities
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients
  • Proactively answer client questions and follow up promptly
  • Collaborate and communicate with key departments supporting client experience
  • Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and manage the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the cycle from prospecting to close
  • Understand the communication needs of SMEs and design solutions for them
  • Self‑generate leads by contacting prospects via phone, cold calls, networking, and industry events

Compensation Philosophy

Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide. The On‑Target Earnings for this position are between $74,650 USD and $168,000 USD, with a base salary at 50%. Base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market demands.
