What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales (€100K+ ACV, €700K–800K ARR quota)
  • Build outbound motion & land flagship industrial accounts
  • Partner closely with BDRs, marketing & founders
  • Sell to industrial manufacturers, machinery, auto, defence
  • Deal cycle: 4–12 months | DACH focus

  • OTE: €140K–€160K (50/50 split)

What You Bring
  • 2+ years B2B SaaS or DeepTech sales (mid-market/enterprise)
  • Track record with 6-figure, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Industrial or technical sales experience
  • Native German + strong English
  • Comfortable with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, startup pace & ambiguity
