EOS is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support the Additive Minds Academy across the EMEA region. You will manage operational processes, orders, and analytics, while coordinating workshops and learning content with internal teams and customers.
Your role emphasizes cross-border collaboration, stakeholder management, and contributing to new Academy offerings in a hybrid work setup from Krailling. English fluency is required; German is a plus.
We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Business Development & Academy Team in Krailling (50% hybrid working possible). You coordinate the day-to-day operational and administrative processes of the Additive Minds Academy across EMEA, working with systems such as SAP, CPQ, and the EOS webstore. You manage Academy orders, support revenue tracking, and maintain reliable performance monitoring for our regional training activities. You organize the creation, review, translation, and maintenance of training content, ensuring that learning materials are consistent and available to customers. You serve as a central point of contact for Academy-related inquiries and support customers and internal teams with user administration and operational requests. You contribute to the smooth delivery of workshops, educational partnerships, and new Academy offerings by coordinating the relevant activities and stakeholders.
