Zusammenfassung

Ein innovatives Unternehmen in Garching sucht einen Marketing Manager (m/w/x) für die Akademie für Innovatoren. Sie sollten über mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung von Marketingkampagnen verfügen und sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch sprechen können. Qualifikationen

Your mission

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a self‑driven marketing generalist with a love for entrepreneurship and innovation. As Marketing Manager (m / f / x) of the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students (from TUM and beyond), scientists, founders, and corporate innovators – a perfect mix of B2B and B2C challenges! You will enable our entrepreneurship education by creating a strongly converting funnel of partners and support in activating participants to pursue their learning and development journeys with us.

You will :

  • Inspire others : Position the Academy for Innovators as an attractive partner with companies, donors, foundations and public institutions.
  • Grow our Academy : Design and manage a conversion funnel that inspires our student and scientist target groups to join our workshops, seminars, and networking events.
  • Take Ownership : Drive your own marketing projects from creative concept to implementation – including planning, testing, automation, monitoring, and reporting results.
  • Build your Processes : Streamline and optimize marketing processes while coordinating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sharpen your Strategy : Analyze target audiences and evaluate KPIs to shape strategic campaign decisions and explore new tools and channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Your profile

2+ years of practical experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different channels and platforms (B2B and B2C) and setting up and managing high‑performing conversion funnels.

Strong affinity for social media with a good feel for audience-relevant topics.

Creativity, an entrepreneurial “can‑do” mindset, paired with a structured, data‑driven working style and a strong sense of ownership.

Excellent communication skills in English and German.
