Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany is seeking A400M MRO Engineers for on-site roles in Manching to support strategic Airbus projects. You will develop and approve maintenance procedures and technical documentation for complex aircraft systems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering, hands-on MRO or airworthiness experience, and C1 level English; German A2/B1 is a plus. EU citizenship is required for this permanent German contract.

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support within aerospace.
• C1 English level mandatory; German A2/B1 is a plus; EU citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and structural issues.
• Perform root cause analysis, defect assessment, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements, modifications, and directives.
• Support major checks, overhauls, and maintenance execution.
• Enhance MRO processes and provide technical guidance to personnel.

What You Will Do

• A400M MRO Engineering: Develop and approve maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and structural issues.
• Analysis & Investigations: Perform root cause analysis, defect assessment, and corrective action planning.
• Compliance & Airworthiness: Ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements, modifications, and directives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support roles within the aerospace industry
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• A2/B1 German Level – will be a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
