You will lead antenna and RF front‑end integration, define system requirements and KPIs, and collaborate with international teams while supporting hardware development from concept to maturity

Your Responsibilities

• You define and maintain the wireless subsystem architecture for our next-generation communication solutions.
• You drive technical concepts, feasibility studies, and architecture decisions for 4G LTE, 5G NR, and IoT integration.
• You define system requirements, interfaces, and performance KPIs to ensure robust and scalable system design.
• You lead antenna and RF front-end integration activities and ensure optimal interaction between system components.
• You optimize RF performance, coverage, reliability, and overall wireless system efficiency.
• You support hardware development throughout all prototype phases, from concept validation to product maturity.
• You contribute to certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
• You guide technical decision-making across RF, Hardware, and Software domains while aligning cross-functional teams on architectural direction.

THATS YOU

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of experience in wireless communication systems, ideally within cellular or mission-critical communication environments
• Strong knowledge of cellular technologies, including 4G LTE, 5G NR, and IoT connectivity solutions
• Proven experience in wireless system architecture, requirements engineering, and technical concept development
• Hands-on expertise with antenna systems, RF front-end architectures, RF integration, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of wireless regulatory standards, certification processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience with KPI definition, technical trade-off analysis, RF measurements, troubleshooting, and system validation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive technical decisions across multidisciplinary and international teams; fluent English required, German is a plus
