Job Responsibilities
  1. Service Provider System Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for service provider recruitment and onboarding based on business needs. Establish comprehensive evaluation, assessment, and elimination mechanisms to optimize service provider management, ensuring high-quality and stable service delivery.
  2. Operational Strategy Execution: Align departmental strategies with market trends to create short-term and long-term operational plans for service providers. Facilitate resource matching business categories, identify operational needs, and implement solutions to enhance commercial output and business impact.
  3. Service Quality Enhancement: Build a data-driven monitoring system to track service provider performance. Conduct regular operational analysis and provide training, empowerment, and iterative evaluation mechanisms to optimize service provider efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality and user satisfaction.
  4. Cross-Departmental Collaborative Management: Coordinate with internal teams (product, technology, customer service) to optimize service provider platform functionalities and project execution. Maintain strona partnerships with service providers, resolve operational challenges, and integrate resources to ensure smooth business operations.
  5. Market Insight & Innovation: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and analyze business data and user demands. Explore innovative collaboration models with service providers, drive business innovation and process optimization, and strengthen the platform's competitive edge in the service provider ecosystem.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Office software applications, including data analysis and management.
