Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Content Developer in Hamburg for on-site duties including preparing and proofreading print letter content and layouts for customer mailings. You will use variable data programming and GMC/Quadient Inspire, coordinating with internal teams to meet specifications and deadlines.

The role emphasizes accurate content handling, project management, and collaboration with sales and clients to ensure successful onboarding and production.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in graphics/CS-related field.
• Two+ years of content development experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Compile client content including letter copy, graphics and media assets; convert to specs.
• Proof content, format, and variable letter copy.
• Update and maintain content library.
• Audit production proofs for others.
• Liaise with customers, account management, IT and operations.
• Estimate and deliver schedules and plans.
• Participate in special projects and project management duties.
• Work on client onboarding projects and collaborate during sales stages.
• Maintain internal documentation on issues, resolutions, and training.

ContentDevelopers create and deliver high quality print letter copy services. Thisposition will develop and maintain digital content layout programs for customermailings; as well as gather, organize; edit, and proof, customer informationfor print production (not web content).

ContentDevelopers set up letter composition using variable data programming andGMC/Quadient Inspire while managing numerous projects simultaneously witheffective communication with internal departments for job instructions and/orcustomer specifications. This position provides off-hours support as needed. This is an on-site role.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Graphics Art/Design, ComputerScience-related technical discipline preferred but not required; orequivalent experience.
• Two or more year’s professional Content Developmentexperience preferred but not required.

EssentialFunctions:

• Compile client’s content including letter copy,graphics, and other media assets, and convert to meet specifications.
• Proof content, format, and variable letter copy.
• Update and maintain content library.
• Audit production proofs for others.
• Serve as liaison with customers, account management, ITgroup, and operations.
• Estimate and deliver upon schedules and plans.
• Participate in special projects and projectmanagement duties as needed.
• Work frequently on clientonboarding projects.

• Maintain consistent internaldocumentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training.
