Glass Roots Construction (GRC) is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to lead the development of our Zoho One ecosystem, focusing on CRM and Projects with hands-on work in Creator and Analytics. You will architect Deluge scripts, build API integrations, and design data pipelines to support field operations and leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years building and administering Zoho business applications with Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Projects; experience with at least two of Creator, Analytics, DataPrep, Desk.
• Experience building API integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks) between Zoho and third-party systems.
• Hands-on data transformation and pipeline work in Zoho DataPrep or ETL tool.
• Strong problem solving and ability to document systems clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, and maintain custom Zoho applications and workflows with focus on CRM and Projects.
• Build, test, and deploy REST API integrations and connectors between internal platforms.
• Use Zoho DataPrep and Analytics to cleanse and route data for reporting.
• Identify and automate manual processes across departments to improve efficiency.
• Configure Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk to support deliverables, resources, and tickets.
• Gather functional requirements and translate into scalable technical implementations.
• Perform root-cause analysis, bug fixes, and maintain technical documentation.
