Straive in Colombia is seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team and help build next‑gen enterprise applications and reporting solutions. You will work on custom integrations, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks connecting Salesforce, Workday, Deltek Vantagepoint with Google Cloud data warehouse.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing ETL workflows with Airflow and dbt, building data ingestion pipelines for APIs and ODBC, deploying on Google Cloud Run, and maintaining

Formación

• Experience building and maintaining integration services between enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of ETL frameworks and data modeling.
• Experience creating reporting solutions using BI tools and semantic layers.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud-native deployments.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of RBAC and secure application development.

We are looking for a talented Data Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of integrated enterprise applications and reporting solutions. This role requires strong integration skills, expertise in cloud-based development, and the ability to design and deliver data-driven insights using modern tools.

You will work on custom integrations, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks that connect platforms like Salesforce, Workday, and Deltek Vantagepoint with our Google Cloud-based data warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom integration services between Salesforce, Workday, Deltek Vantagepoint, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and implement ETL workflows using Airflow, dbt, and Google Cloud services.
• Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines for APIs and ODBC connections.
• Create and manage reporting solutions using Power BI and semantic layers.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Run, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain BigQuery and Cloud Storage environments.
• Implement logging and monitoring for application health and automated alerts.
• Ensure compliance with security and role-based access management policies.

• Integration Expertise: REST APIs, ODBC, custom sync services
• Reporting Tools: Power BI, BI semantic layers
• Containerization: Docker, Container Registry

• Strong understanding of ETL frameworks and data modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and Deltek Vantagepoint integrations
• Familiarity with AI SDKs and workflow automation
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 security practices
• Background in Google Cloud logging and monitoring
