WSP is seeking a WindServer Administrator to join its technology team in Bogotá. The role focuses on administering, maintaining, and continuously improving the WindServer environment, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across on‑premises and cloud-integrated infrastructure.

You will work with analysts, stakeholders, and engineering peers to resolve issues, optimize configurations, and implement platform enhancements that drive business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems/Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day WindServer user support and stakeholder assistance.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Perform system analysis and debugging to identify root causes of problems.
• Ensure timely incident resolution and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with senior admins and product management for improvements.
