Insight Global is seeking a Software Developer to join its nearshore development team in Bogotá. You’ll support and enhance a suite of business-critical applications while providing real-time collaboration and user support.

The role focuses on improving responsiveness during overlapping business hours, with opportunities for growth as the nearshore team expands. Strong communication and dependability are essential for success.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# development.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database development.
• Experience developing and supporting web applications.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET frameworks.
• Experience with Windows desktop development, particularly WPF.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and support production applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to interact directly with users and provide professional, real-time support.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain new functionality across multiple enterprise applications.
• Support and enhance web, desktop, and database applications used throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with internal users to troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support when needed.
