Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a BEX Website Content Analyst to implement and update digital assets worldwide, aligning with divisional and global digital strategies. You will collaborate with Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Marketing teams and partner agencies to support multiple brands.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 1–2 years in digital marketing, CMS experience (AEM, OpenText or Wordpress), and HTML/CSS/JS skills. Advanced English and global collaboration are essential.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years knowledge in digital marketing, including website development and maintenance, SEO and CMS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Adapt and update websites and assets for Colgate, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure brand guidelines and best practices are followed in all developments.
• Deliver projects on time and report hours spent per project.
• Responsible for QA of website implementations ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Ensure usage rights of digital assets published are in line with agency controls.
• Manage Colgate's YouTube official channels: video management.
• Communicate site updates to local marketing teams and digital divisions when live.
• Interact with digital agencies worldwide for guidelines and support.
• Support e-commerce initiatives requiring website implementation.
• Report project status and timelines to Web Content Coordinator – BEX.

Job Summary

BEX Website Content Analyst is responsible for implementing and updating the digital assets (websites, videos, tags) for Colgate subsidiaries worldwide, following the divisional and global digital strategies. You will work with main stakeholders from Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Marketing and with our Partner Agencies, supporting multiple brands.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Adapt and update websites and other web assets for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies
• Ensure best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developments
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and the number of hours spent in each project is reported
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance for websites implementation ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standards
• Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls.
• Manage company's YouTube official channels: Videos management
• Communicate to local marketing teams and/or division Digital teams when new sites and campaigns updates are live
• Interact with digital agencies all over the world to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations
• Support e-commerce initiatives that need implementation
• Report to Web Content Coordinator – BEX the project status and timelines

Range Of Qualifications

Bachelor´s Degree

Years of Experience: 1 to 2 knowledge in digital marketing, including website development and maintenance, search engine optimization and experience working with CMS.

Solid experience with digital tools and software required to develop websites and other digital assets:

• CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Wordpress
• Code: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Preferred)

IA Management Experience (Preferred)

• Software: Adobe software for image and video edition, html coding
• PM Tools: Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) (Preferred)
• Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc)
• Advanced English Level
