Origence seeks a senior leader to drive the operational vision for Origence Lending Services (OLS). You will lead the BPO operations, including implementations, processing, underwriting, funding, and training, while shaping strategic objectives and metrics for value creation.

You will manage remote teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop insights to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance client experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related certifications and experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position for consumer lending at a credit union, bank, or consumer finance company.
• 10+ years of consumer loan origination experience with a financial institution or provider.
• Experience building scalable operational programs in a growth environment.
• Indirect auto lending and multi-product line experience required.
• Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
• Experience with loan origination systems and product development preferred.
