GLAS is hiring a Senior Transaction Manager (VP) to lead day-to-day administration of a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions and deliver exceptional client service through the transaction lifecycle.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida with a Hybrid work arrangement, the role involves complex loan documentation, covenant monitoring, and coordination with borrowers, lenders, and counsel to ensure accurate, timely execution of all agency responsibilities.

Formación

• Experience in Loan Agency, Syndicated Loan Administration or related financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan documentation and lifecycle.
• Experience analysing financial statements and covenant compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions from closing through ongoing administration.
• Review and interpret loan, finance and security documentation.
• Monitor covenant compliance through financial statement analysis.
• Coordinate distribution of information and notices to lender groups.
• Facilitate amendments, waivers and lender voting processes.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
