Cegeka is seeking an AI & Automation Platform Engineer to transform our US managed services environment into an AI-driven, highly automated operational platform. You will design, integrate, and evolve the IMS Platform, connecting ServiceNow, Dynatrace, automation, observability, reporting, and AI capabilities into one unified ecosystem.

As an AI & Automation Platform Engineer, you will help transform our US managed services environment into an AI-driven, highly automated operational platform. You will design, integrate, and evolve the Integrated Managed Services (IMS) Platform, connecting ServiceNow, Dynatrace, automation, observability, reporting, and AI capabilities into one unified ecosystem.

What you will do:

• Design and maintain the IMS Platform architecture and integrations.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Integrate ServiceNow, Dynatrace, monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, and reporting solutions.
• Develop APIs, automation workflows, and orchestration capabilities.
• Enable and optimize AI-powered operations using ServiceNow AI, Dynatrace Davis AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Build and maintain data integrations to support operational insights and Power BI reporting.
• Collaborate with service teams, architects, and product managers to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability across platform solutions.
• Contribute to continuous innovation and the adoption of next-generation AI capabilities.

What we are looking for:

• Experience building automation, integration, and operational platforms in enterprise environments.
• Experience with APIs, workflow automation, and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and IT Operations Management concepts.
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, AIOps, and event management platforms such as Dynatrace.
• Experience with data integration, SQL, reporting, and Power BI ecosystems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and modern operational practices.
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM integrations, and AI-enabled service operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and Dynatrace Davis AI.
• ITIL certification or strong understanding of ITSM processes.
• Experience supporting Managed Services or transformation programs.
