Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Criminal Defense experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Paralegal or legal experience.
• Experience with Case Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client communications and provide case updates.
• Process criminal cases for trial preparation, including legal documents and data entry.
• Prepare subpoenas and manage court calendars.
• Enter revocation petitions and prepare files for court.
• Request criminal history documentation from various agencies.
• Support department operations and front desk duties.
