SII Colombia, part of the SII Group, is seeking a V.I.E Financial Controller to join the Controlling team in Bogotá. You will report to local Controlling management and collaborate daily with zone finance teams and Colombian operations.

The role covers financial control and operational controlling, with broad scope from day one and direct contact with decision-makers. Fluent Spanish and English are required; strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in finance from a recognized school or university.
• First experience in controlling, FP&A or audit.
• Spanish at B2+ to C1 level; work with local teams in Spanish from day one.
• English at B2+ to C1 level; working language with the International Zone.
• Strong Excel skills; appetite for automation and data (VBA, Power BI, Power Query).
• Rigour, autonomy, and the ability to question numbers when they don’t add up.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly close: data collection, validation and P&L analysis.
• Contribute to the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Optimise the invoicing process.
• Work with operations on project financial monitoring: margin, progress, budget deviations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering key financial and operational indicators.
• Design new reports and dashboards to cover blind spots in the subsidiary's steering.
• Ensure reliability of non-financial data and correct use of ERP and group tools.
