The ideal candidate will be accountable for financial integrity, compliance, and statutory reporting while managing a finance team of 4-5 professionals. The role requires significant experience in IFRS, local taxation, and audit controls. Fluency in English is essential as interactions with global finance leaders are frequent. A hybrid work model is available, adding flexibility to the position.

Formación

• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience in Colombia.
• Proven experience as Finance Controller or Senior Accounting Manager.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IFRS and Colombian statutory accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end financial operations for the Colombian entity.
• Ensure accurate financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage local tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.
