SII Colombia is seeking a V.I.E Financial Controller to support the monthly close, budgeting and forecasting, and to drive data-driven decisions across the Colombian operations. You will partner with local management and the international zone to monitor margins and budgets.

The role emphasizes hands-on financial and operational controlling, with a strong focus on Power BI dashboards and ERP data integrity to guide strategic decisions in a growing subsidiary.

Formación

• Master's degree in finance: business school, CCA, DSCG or equivalent.
• First experience in controlling, FP&A or audit.
• Fluent in Spanish (B2+ to C1) and English (B2+ to C1) for collaboration with local and international teams.
• Strong Excel skills with VBA and Power BI enthusiasm.

Responsabilidades

• Support the monthly close: data collection, validation and P&L analysis.
• Contribute to the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Optimize the invoicing process.
• Monitor project finances with operations: margin, budget deviations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for key indicators.
• Ensure ERP data reliability and correct use of group tools by teams.
• Partner with local management and cross-functional teams across the International Zone.

YOUR MISSIONS :

Want to do controlling where it actually moves the needle, in a growing subsidiary backed by an international group? SII Colombia is looking for its next V.I.E Financial Controller!

SII Colombia is part of the SII Group International Zone, present in around twenty countries.

You will report to the local Controlling management and work daily with the zone finance teams and with the Colombian operational teams.

The subsidiary is growing and the structure is lean, which means a broad scope from day one and direct contact with the people who make the decisions.

Your role will be structured around two main areas:

FINANCIAL CONTROL

• Support the accounting team through the monthly close: data collection, validation and P&L analysis
• Contribute to the annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Optimise the invoicing process
• Work hand in hand with operations on project financial monitoring: margin, progress, budget deviations

OPERATIONAL CONTROLLING AND DATA

• Act as a true business partner to local management and operational teams: turn their needs into steering tools and challenge their figures
• Build and maintain the Power BI dashboards covering key financial and operational indicators
• Design new reports and dashboards to cover the blind spots in the subsidiary's steering
• Ensure the reliability of non-financial data and the correct use of the ERP and group tools by the teams
• Contribute to cross-functional projects across the International Zone

• Master's degree in finance: business school, CCA, DSCG or equivalent
• First experience in controlling, FP&A or audit
• Spanish at B2+ to C1 level: you will work in Spanish with the local teams from day one
• English at B2+ to C1 level: the working language with the International Zone
• Strong Excel skills. An appetite for automation and data (VBA, Power BI, Power Query) will make a real difference
• Rigour, autonomy, and the instinct to ask questions when the numbers do not add up
