You will coordinate budgeting and forecasting with finance and operations, ensure data reliability and deadlines, and drive profitability improvements.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in business controlling or related areas with management responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or related field.
• English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business controlling activities across a dedicated scope, ensuring accurate financial monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, identify key variances, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budget follow-ups for management teams.
• Challenge operational performance indicators and support action plans to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with finance and operational teams.
• Ensure the reliability of financial data, controlling processes, and reporting deadlines.
• Support business leaders with financial insights on growth, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
• Manage and develop a team of business controllers, fostering performance, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
