EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a UX Designer to translate creative direction into functional Unreal Engine UI specifications and prototypes for production work.

You will link design goals to engineering delivery, charting interaction pathways, navigation systems, and component architecture across platforms and input styles. You will set up UI flows, expand a reusable UI component system, and draft behavioral standards for focus, navigation, and edge cases, while collaborating with engineers and UI

Formación

• 2+ years of practical UI/UX experience on shipped digital products or gaming interfaces.
• Proficient with Figma including components, auto-layout, and documentation for engineering handoff.
• Ability to produce implementation-ready materials: annotated screens, interaction summaries, and state diagrams.
• Strong understanding of Unreal Engine UI/UMG fundamentals.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Set up UI flows, user journeys, and interaction pathways for in-game features and screens, converting them into engineering-ready specifications.
• Grow and expand a versatile UI component system covering patterns, components, variants, and states for consistency.
• Draft behavioral standards for focus, navigation, input responses, and edge cases across devices.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are practical, performant, and unified in the engine.
• Lead polish activities by reviewing builds, providing feedback, and revising designs based on playtesting or QA insights.
