Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia is seeking a Senior UI Technical Designer to translate UX and visual direction into implementable UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine 5.

You will craft flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards for cross-platform, multi-input experiences. Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping digital products or game UI with strong UI/UX foundation.
• Expert in Figma with components, variants, auto-layout, and handoff-ready docs.
• Ability to produce annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with focus-based navigation and multi-input (controller, keyboard/mouse).

Responsibilities

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features, and deliver clear implementation-ready specifications.
• Build and maintain a scalable UI component system with patterns, components, variants, and states for in-engine implementation.
• Document detailed behavior rules for navigation, focus order, input handling, and edge cases; review implementations with engineers and artists.
